Project: Creation of Filing and Archiving Systems

Service: In preparation of an expected HMRC audit file and archive 10 years worth of records 2 week deadline

Picture1Employed by a small local Contractor who where expecting a visit from HMRC to audit the company records. Filing of 10 years worth of Purchase Ledger invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders; Sub-contractor payment records; Sales Ledger paperwork; and Payroll records.

Duties included:

EBSS Bullet Point Streamlining of existing filing system, to improve efficiency and ease of retrieval;
EBSS Bullet Point Creation of Archiving system and procedures, ensuring that all archived records are easily and  quickly retrievable, and stored as required by law;
EBSS Bullet Point Creation of QA and H&S Questionnaires for issue to all Sub-Contractors;
EBSS Bullet Point Streamlining of Project filing systems;
EBSS Bullet Point Creating a recognisable brand throughout internal and external operations;
EBSS Bullet Point Attending Health & Safety meetings, carrying out necessary actions from meetings;
EBSS Bullet Point Engaging British Assessment Bureau and obtaining accreditation to ISO9001;
EBSS Bullet Point Acting as Quality Administrator/Internal Assessor;
EBSS Bullet Point Completion of PQQ’s, and issuing to relevant parties’
